I had to run up there last night to get a refill on my keg of Saratoga Lager.
My dad did a bunch of work at their CA brewery and they gave him a ton of different beers. We were laughing our asses off when I picked him up at the airport and one of his bags left a trail of beer through the terminal.

Good stuff, though. I like the black hawk stout.

That sounds so weird I gotta try it sometime... Kinda like something I used to drink bout 5 yrs back: Ballantines whiskey + Pommac. Works like a charm... Sometimes the most unpropable combinations works the best like vanilla ice + roasted peanuts or blue cheese + gingerbread.

I finished off a 1/2 of Black Hawk before the last 1/2. They have 2 locations. CA and Saratoga, NY. They don't have a liquor license but have a 'tasting room'. You can purchase a Growler and get a card punched. $7 for the first 6 Growlers and the 7th one free. You can also just sit there and taste different beers until the cows come home and toss money into the tip jar. It drives the state crazy. They use to charge me $70/half but the state made them increase it to $90/half. So that's what I pay, $90/half no deposit. I have had beer explode in my suitcase before. LOL

Edit: I went back and edited the price/pt.
1/2 keg has 15.5 gal.
that's 124 pints

$90 / 124 = $0.73 per pt.

Put 4 ice cubes in a pt glass, fill it 3/4 full with red wine and top off with ginger ale. Best if ginger ale is cold.

I like dry red wine as the ginger ale is sweet to offset it. Makes a great light drink on a hot day.

Currently water...because I'm at work and slightly hung over.

I joined the tequila club at a local mexican bar. Basically they have a list of 115 tequila shots. You have to take all 115 within a year. As you take more and more shots you get rewarded with things like a tshirt free dinner and what not. Pretty cool concept and you get to taste all different kinds of tequila. I just started drinking tequila regularly I used to hate the stuff but randomly I started like it!

Well, I did say on the opening post I'll be haunting this thread. Would have a collection of beers in my cellar right now that my moms brought me from estonia, but can't drink em this weekend cause I'm on pretty strong meds for a headache that's lasted all week because my neck/shoulders are all stiff...
