Brains SA Gold, before that Moles St. Elmo's Golden Fire. Yesterday I got to taste a product from a local microbrewery called Plevna Siperia Stout. The first Imperial Stout I've ever tasted, was pretty darn stiff but really good. We're celebrating juhannus today, that marks the midpoint of summer, really big bonfires everywhere and everyone's drunk as baboons, sitting by the fires and barbequing their butts off...

My brother in law brought it from somewhere in philadelphia. We all got together over memorial day weekend and he left a bunch of beer at my parents house so I swiped it.

But... An old friend of mine works at a huge beer store about 20mins from me. They get some very rare/seasonal brews. I like a lot of diffrerent beers, but my main staples are black velvet and pbr/old german/miller light/high life/coors og/etc. I think I might pick up a case of strohs tonight...maybe some genny cream ale.

Pass on the cream ale if they have the 12-Horse ale. Haven't seen it in a while.
