Write books? No. I like the art of the short essay.
I'd forgotten, without a ride for so much time, that maybe the bike and the road is my muse. a lot of time to think and observe and riff on random themes. Then some statement starts a literary unraveling of those strands of observation.
Reminds me of the those columns in the front of the dirt bike magazines back in the 70's.

A model that has been on my bucket list for many, many years Woof. I seem to remember you had a looksee at an old Fiat Spyder too a couple of years back. Mine's still sitting forlornly in the shed awaiting its gearbox to be finished and it and the motor refitted. I have the same wheels on the Spyder as the Alfa above. Sigh.
