Wackie weather
I posted this into the weather thread but hey , thought I would chuck it in here as well ...
We have been under attack from above yet again here where we live in Oz ...
for the third time this Spring we have been nearly locked in by road from floods after biblical level rain fall ...
A quick vid we took today 5 min from home ...

Yeah Classic the rain is certainly pi$$in me off mate. I took my young bloke over to a Honda Motokids day today in Canberra and it never stopped rainin ALL day. That together with his new KLX110L not wanting to play the game cause it got wet I am not a happy camper. Kawasaki will be hearing from me very shortly. Atm its at the shop where we bought it awaiting repairs. Its very disappointing that as soon as it was ridden in the rain and mud it couldn't handle it. Up until then its been fine. Cheers mate.

Fecking rain here is giving me webs between fingers and toes so don't feel alone.
Then the sun comes out at 40C and the humidity goes through the roof. Sunday case in point humidity at 90%+ and ambient temps 38+. Mass "Toy Run" - 7000 bikes and stuck at 30-odd KPH in full gear for an hour. I thought the gas fumes were going to knock me out and the heat from the bike was something else.....

Just been watching the news down here and it looks like it's been a bit of a nasty old night up there in Blighty. Might be time to put the old girl away for a couple of months I think Hawk (or should I call you Mr Wind?)
Strangely enough while you guys had your lowest ever November temps yesterday we had our highest ever at 31° . If this is global warming, bring it on.

Went out for ten minutes today, but headded home, not worth the risk of throwing the bike down the road.
I'd topped up the wifes windscreen wash earlier and a bit of water I'd spilt was a frozen blob on the floor, not worth hitting an ice patch and you can't enjoy a ride when your worrying if it's wet tarmac or black ice
I'll still ride through the winter, I'll just wait untill it gets above freezing

You still got your boat Steve? Looks like you might need it mate
Been hovering around zero degrees C +/- 1 degree for about a week now and isn't due to change for the forseeable future, bright and sunny today at least though. Might go for a spin later, but the roads are full of salt

and BTW .... Just turned the air con off and it's pissing down again .....
pool goes up tomorrow ...so we might just catch the 26,000 liter's we need to fill it without turning a tap on ...
