Oh yeah! That was the question before TK and I completely thread jacked the comments!

Yes, I would like some please as long as they were cheap - like me.

Cheers, SB

TBT - whatta Guy - offering to do that for a member downunder

Separate note since well - this thread is now becoming a multi topic
repository ! I just got run into on my KLR with my new right side
Givi Bag taking the hit. Much as I tried to out maneuver this B!tch
she was hell bent on getting me. Scratched up the Givi a good bit but it
kept shape held together and saved my leg getting ripped off.

She was half way out into the roadway (see pic - white van) - and came
running out of the van full of kids cursing and a swearing - very entertaining
and my favorite kind of entertainment.

Expect to get a new Givi out of it too - since the law states enter the
thoroughfare with due care and attention - she was banging U in a
private driveway

Man what she did'nt try to get me all fired up at her - LOL - the more I
smiled and quoted her the law the crazier she became

The Law showed up in the end took all details - calmed her down a bit
and sent her on her way.

Main thing is still have my right leg attached - thanks to Mr Givi Trekker

Glad to hear your OK.

There are times in our lives when things need to be said at certain times.
I'm certain it would have been an opportune time for.....

Wow Sprock! I'm glad you're ok and suffered no injuries. It could have been nasty. <---- Man Hug

Good thing you weren't carrying your shillelagh - although probably would have been very handy in quietening down the shrew.

Just thinking about this while I was outside. You know, you might have got away without the loss of the Givi even - if you were on the CBR1000F - for 3 reasons;

1. Faster - so you would have been past the accident site with Blind Soccer Mum not even seeing you (again).
2. More manoeuvrable, so you would have just flicked around the front of BSM and
3. Better brakes - you could almost stand the CBR1000F on it's nose then BSM would have launched out of the side road with all sails set and a following wind, blithely skippering the good ship behemoth to her next port of call (probably the optometrist).

Just glad your safe man.

Cheers, SB

Three very good points Seb - but the klr is kind of a "Ute" for me about town ya
know - slow and reliable and can go on the beach and jump curbing into friends
front yards etc. Good beer hauler too I might add

I've gotten over 100k on regular NGK plugs in my civic. I got almost 90k out of whatever was in my green jeep before I sold it. lol...
My uncle had 159k on the stock plugs in a '96 Chevy 1500 work truck. He decided to change them at the 159k mark (not sure why) and he snapped the first one off. He finally got it out, replaced the one plug and decided not to pursue the rest.

I don't think I've ever replaced a plug because I thought it needed it. I just leave them in there.

Glad you weren't hurt on your KLR, Mark. I've been riding mine more lately.
The idiot rednecks at work have been leaving piles of rice under it every day. They think they're quite clever and funny.
