Red light cameras must have the technical person who knows how they take pictures and how those pictures are stored show up in court or the evidence is "hear say"...
Cops are trying to get around it, but that does not mean it works. Get caught with a red light camera and go to court and challenge it.

I hate that, and the gubbmint banks on it. Same with the cost of lawyers.
