Default Shorty Levers

Hokay, so, I want to put a set of shorty levers on my CBR1000F but I can't find any exact fit. so i was looking at some universal puigs which need a lever mount, and according to the website theres only one for an 88 CBR600F. what im wondering is if that would work on my CBR1000F. or if anyone else has any recommendations for aftermarket levers that would be nice too.

I have looked at this in the past. Seems the easiest way to do it is to graft the complete master cylinders, mounts and the levers from a later year or an ebay accessory as complete units for clutch and fr. brake.

But just like any mod, like risers, or in my case exploring lowering my bar height with race clip-ons, it can come with unforeseen consequences. Sit on the bike and move the bars from lock to lock. Imagine where things might get tight or clunky

Not saying it can't be done, but if nobody comes right out and says, yeah here's how I did it, it probably hasn't been done.

The purists around here might argue that it shouldn't be done

But to each their own. If you do it, please post it
