Well there you are - little did ya know I was the skate boarding ace in
HighSchool back in the day - I remember picking up the best gear while
on a trip to Florida when I was 16 - Dudes in the board shop were like

what's AL - YOU - MIN -EEEUM -- lol

But yeah making a rack for these bikes is simple with bar stock (not booze)
and a welder - well maybe some booze after tho

BTW Pete that rack I made works on both the 1990 and 1993 but not 87/88
I now no longer use it since I found a wingrack used for 50 bucks on Ebay
and have a set of E41's with an E55 TopCase

With a skateboard - I'd be looking to fab a side rack - rifle holster style
slide in the board and away ya go - sideways - no wind buffeting

I used to skate a lot. Never a longboard, though.

The boy is into it big time right now. In fact, I stopped in at Pit Crew last saturday in Frederick to get him some bearings for a little competition that afternoon. He did pretty well, actually.

They're called TRAINING WHEELS

Especially when you mount them under the belly pan !

So sell the man your old rack, Sprock - job done !

Ah ha! My point exactly. Only one kink in the chain though man. I have no way to do any welding. Hut fiberglass and whatnot are another story. I mean I did make my fairing out of a kids toy car lol

And you're just going to leave us having on that statement without further explanation.
I don't think so......
C'mon...... was it a big toy, a small fairing or are you riding the most far out two wheeled Buick?

What about finding an old Yakima or Thule car snowboard rack and modifying it to attach along the side of the tail section frame. Attach at the passenger peg mounts. With a little imagination and some MacGyver-ing, It could be do-able
