Default Question to the Mods

Sirs,

Going through some of the sticky How-To threads I noticed a member who has/had been banned from our hallowed pages.

I'm curious to know how many members have been banned over the years in the Hurricane chapter?

More curious about what I need to do in order to be banned myself.

Sincerely,

Rampant Post Humper

Hey Woof,

Prior disciplinary actions cannot be discussed on the open forum but I'd like to know where you are taking this? Feel free to PM me if you have any concerns.

If YOU want to be banned, read the rules for the forum and then break them. You will get a warning, then probably a holiday for a specified time and then if the rules are consistently broken, banned for life.

I know I would prefer you stuck around as I for one genuinely appreciate your humour and input.

Cheers, SB

Rightio,

Here are the official forum rules handily linked so that you can all read them..........

https://cbrforum.com/forum/new-membe...A%2A%2A-52156/

You have to really overstep the mark to be banned for life - and the Mods and Admins will always try to have a discussion with you before such drastic measures are taken.

Any further information needed before I close this thread?

Cheers, SB

Well you seem to have lasted somehow since 06 so I'd have to say
reading the rules at this stage of the game might be a bit late.

More curious about what I need to do in order to be banned myself.
1284 posts since 2010 Woof and now you ask !

Yes, I have a question.

Exactly what is a "Rampant Post Humper" and is it something I should warn my daughters about?

Thank you for that Seb.

Right up there with "cottaging" in the list of "Things I Wish I Didn't Know About"

Just for information, continually taking posts off topic.................................
will get you a kicking.
Unless it's in the saloon.
I'll send you some details of what happened in the most notable cases by PM if you like Woof but as my venerable (damn I nearly said venerial) friend Bear has mentioned, we don't like to do our dirty washing in public, unlike some forums I cold name. Sorry Bear, it just slipped out..............
WE'RE ALL (WELL MOST OF US) are adults in the Hurricane section
and enjoy the badinage, banter, byplay and general bonhomie that goes on.
I never knew what it was to exhale coffee through my nose before I joined here........
Woof, just be yourself.
May the Force be with you..........
