Oh yeah!

Get that thing out where you can steer with the throttle. Tie some geoduck shells to your knees and leave calcium stripes on the fast line

The problem with rare bikes in great condition is that you don't want (shouldn't) to ride them .
It would be like taking a John Wayne commemorative Colt 45 out plinking.

Exactly, don't let the next owner have all the fun just ride it and enjoy it now.

Resale shouldn't be an issue with all that money to burn.

^ I agree to a point but...when you slide a vintage bike down the road, it'll have you crying harder than Tammy Faye Baker.
