Bordo, wow that's short miles ----- how come so few miles -----most people I read
are getting at least like 4 to 6 k miles !
I notice there's two versions of the 190 size with one I believe being for heavier
more powerful bikes.
What size did you have on there and which version ?
I have only put 2k on mine (now that I have a second bike) and they are at 50% wear roughly
So I probably only get 4500 or 5000 miles at the most ....which I expected as they are not
highway tires ....waay to soft .......just great doing the back road twisty fun stuff though
I just really like the nimbleness and feel of these tires even if the downside is less longevity.
Less miles but more smiles
Not a commuter tire for sure

Sprock,
I guess the main problem with getting so few miles out of them was the 3000km that I did was in extreme heat. I was riding in 40 + degrees C doing big miles at a time and they were just melting I'd say. Plus being on the BB I was going hard at every opportunity and in the heat they were just tearing up. I had pieces of rubber splattered up under the rear guard.....lol. Like I said they stuck like chit to a blanket but no good on the wallet. Heading for the PR2's for the next set. I'm not sure of the exact type as it was on the bike a year ago. Size was 180/55/17.

Ah that makes sense , takes a much harder compound to take that kinda heat imo
something the Power Pures are not .....harder compund that is .......but up here in
freeze your azz off Maine ..........they're about the softest stickiest I can get that
still can be used ocassionally on the highway
