Yeah you just earned yerself x 2 scrabble points or a free how to on mounting
your own tires the easy waaay !

Oh and Indy you can jack it anytime --------- my point exactly these are supposed
to last as long as a PPCT2

Not as good mileage as a PR2 touring tire, but better for getting good leans on in the twisties
and the fun riding routine on mountain roads around here and up around New hampshire and
Vermont................BUT really looking forward to layin her way t fk over in TN.....can't wait
for for that !

The exhaust covers will scrape before the pegs, Sprock................
This I know.
I'm thinking of extending my "hero blobs" on the footpegs so they catch just before my pipes - getting sick of having to touch up the paint....hehe - and one day I'm going to go too far and lift the rear wheel..................NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooo o
Earth, sky, road, sky, bushes, sky, ambulance.................not a good thought.

My mate went too far once trying to get his knee down for the first time. He got his knee down, shortly followed by his elbow, shoulder and head as he rag dolled into the scenery, lol.

Gaz

You either ground them off on a lathe, or you're telling porkies, Sprock.
You def didn't do it on the road.............not possible, unless you remove the exhaust shrouds, and then you need bigger ***** than I have........................grapefruit size no less
Why not just extend the blobs with longer bolts, from a Blackbird or something.
Now you have a Huell or a Bonda......................hehehe NOOOOOOOOOOOO

Now why would I grind them off Pete .........you pointing that arthritic little
finger and say Ima roofer !!!

No porkies here Pete .........

I have been to (Louden NH raceway) plenty of times.

So I'll get a shot of the pegs ....jeez almost like the mounting the tires deal.

Too bad ya won't be over from SA for that Gap Trip cuz I'll be bringing Lobstah

Hmmm, on my last CBR1000F i ground my hero blobs down about half way but don't remember ever damaging my exhaust shrouds. Do they all do it as i'm pretty sure mine didn't. It was a 93 pre-linked brake model. I might even have a video of me doing it but it's been buried for about 15 years so i'll try and find it
