New Hurricane Members say hello here!

Hey Darin, I see you have also posted in the CBR600F1 section - that is most likely the section you'll get the better response in. Even though the early 600s were called Hurricanes, this section of the forum tends to deal more with the 1000F.
Hopefully you'll get a response from the 600 guys who've had experience with the jet mods.
Have a look at this as well https://cbrforum.com/forum/cbr-600f-...et-kit-148154/
Cheers, SB

Hey all new to the forums just wanted to say hey to my fellow hurricane riders. Name's Jon, from way up in Canada where the summers are short but the highways are long
Gettin my 87 Hurricane 1000 project bike underway. Came with all the original plastics, and except for the corbin seat looks bone-stock. Will be doing a pile of bodywork (PO was pretty liberal with the ol fibreglass resin and most of his 'plastic repair' peels off by fingernail), as well as some select updates behind the scenes. Will try to stay true to the original look and feel. I love the jelly mold look, and even though the bike has been badly neglected she still starts up easy and is just begging me to finish up so I can get her on the road where she belongs. Here's a pic next to my sled
Oh yes. This will do nicely
