It took just over 6500 50mm galvanized twisted shaft decking pins to nail my 11 squares of decking down ....and just one at a bloody time !!!
and you might ask how I know this ???? well I got mindlessly pissed off my brain after finishing the near 2 weeks of nailing the bastards down and I bloody counted the bastards ... !!!

Now that's a useless bloody mindless fact that om sure everyone here could have easily died of old age without knowing and missed nothin !!! LOLOL

 

Another 2 words that go with nail gun are very expensive red wood
" split boards!! " ....

Each one of those 6500 nails had its very own 1/8 th inch hole drilled so they slid into the boards without splitting even one !! and that is the good tradies recommended way to fit them Mark ...

and I think I just put up yet another freakin mind numbing useless fact ...haha
