Hi guys i have a problem i'm struggling to solve, at 30-50mph i'm getting a bad front end wobble similar to a realy badly balanced front wheel, had the wheel balanced the other day and it's spot on, wheel looks ok tyre is ok can't see any other problems, wheel bearings look fine head bearings look and feel fine, i'm realy stuck, the wheel wobble is quite serious so i need to sort it out, any ideas welcome thanks

Have a look at rear wheel alignment - it can cause wobble if not straight.

Rear wheel bearings ?

tyre pressures ? ( both ends )

Try re-aligning the front forks ( undo the left hand axle pinch bolts - bounce front forks up and down a few times - re-tighten pinch bolts.)

What have you done recently to the bike ( was the bike ok before you did it ? )

 

cheers mate, iv'e not so long since just bought the bike and havn't ridden it until the other day, I will try some of your suggestions when i get chance and see if anything helps. everything looks Ok and feels ok which is confusing ?

 

A fork problem by the sounds of it, i know you`ve probably tried everything by now but do the forks have oil left in them? fork springs broke? Bent front wheel spindle??people do all sorts of bodges to move a bike on . ...good luck mate.
