Thanks Steve, Jules, Hawk.(checked out your pillion thread left some words)

Steve nah .........have 4 small boats from 9 to 23 ft ........that one was not mine
selling 'em all at some point (very distant future ) for my dream boat
and retirement goal..........keep the house in Maine and use this to cruise
the east coast and maybe across the pond too she's heavy duty vessel.
Have my captains license (50 Ton) as well already. This one weighs in at
at almost 41 Tons

you'll like the one where i live then sprockie

a big tin of magnolia paint would cover it, but it wouldn't fix the problem.

yeah ........well it's my dream machine .........but it's what I'm shooting for
actually both of us , she's as much into the idea as I am.

I'm quite the salty dog really ......always have been ........in my blood it is.

Wouldn't be buying brand spanking new ...........used .....still about 1.5 m's + though

You could cruise over to Europe and then cruise through Europe!!

When you buy the boat, I'll build all the fishing rods you will need. I only have a harbour clearance ticket (small boats) but I'd be OK as a deckhand, or on the nav plot..........
I spent weekends for 18 odd years fishing from my own boat for game fish off our coast - never caught a marlin, got smashed up by one though..........plenty of Tuna, Dorado, Sailies, Couta etc.
And for sure I'd have the bike aboard if going to Europe (or anywhere else for that matter)
That Whaler doesn't have the traditional bow configuration (?) maybe she's a bit big ....LOVE the Whalers !!! (even without Bob Marley ) s'cuse the pun.........

drat! n' those damn links,,, it was a pic of one of our big paddy wall paintings in belfast.

sprock, that vessel is beautiful! But dam!!.... 1.5m? That's a lotta 'Canes! (like ALL the 'Canes!)
