Default Casey Stoner for Prime Minister!

The boy has won the Aussie Moto GP for the 6th time straight

Stoner conquers Phillip Island one last time - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

Let's replace our current Prime Minister with someone who can actually achieve something

Can't wait to see the race...............

Cheers, SB

If he brings his wife to all Ministerial functions he will certainly get my vote (even though I can't vote in Australia, lets just call it a spiritual vote)

It's a good one Bordo.

So tell us your story from the weekend. I've been at Phillip Island when Gardner won, in 1989, when Doohan won (and when he fell off), but never when Casey won. Good vibes at the track?

Cheers, SB

PS: The Black Swan was right "Pow - Right in the Kisser"

I never went this year mate. I had to move house and couldn't afford it this time around. I have been going to the Island every year since 2000. I saw 5 of Caseys wins and all of Rossis wins to. The most incredible ride I saw there was when Rossi was given a 10 second penalty for passing under a yellow after a crash at Honda corner involving Troy Bayliss and a few others. He ended up winning by 13 seconds that day. I have never seen anything like it and I don't think I will again. I'll be back next year though !!! I might even go to the WSBK in Feb 2013 to. Cheers mate. Think I might go and replace the front pads in the 89.

I was there that year with Rossi's penalty - and it was a great ride!

Have fun with the bike mate.

Cheers, SB
