So do all people with Tourette's Syndrome always blurt out swear/offensive words?

Like if I went round suddenly blurting out:

"PUPPY DOGS"

or

"BUTTERFLIES"

or maybe even

"FLUFFY KITTENS"

would that still be considered Tourette's Syndrome? Or would that kind of be Anti-Tourette's . Just a thought.
