Great Pics Al - need more though.
Bordo's suggestion for the resizing program is a good 'un, however I use Irfanview for everything, batch resizing, cutting, lossless rotation - all sorts of goodness in a very small program. I have used it for years. If you end up using it download and install the add-ons as well.
