This is nice but i have one problem i don't have any adjustment bolts to set the front forks ?

Assuming you want to raise the bike rather than lowering it :

Under those black caps are Hexagon holes - they are for undoing the top caps ( MAKE SURE THE FRONT WHEEL IS OFF THE FLOOR BEFORE UNDOING THESE !!!!!! )

Undo the top caps and put washers between the spring retainer and the nut to raise the bike.
