For the originals, you're paying them because they did the legwork to figure out the measurements and methods, which usually takes a good amount of time. For the rip offs, you're paying someone who just copied the design.

Ordered a set of the shorty's today, looking forward to trying them out in a couple weeks.

Ordered a set of these a while back and they look good and have held up so far for a couple months so i'm happy. Even if something does happen it was only 34 bucks.

Got mine in today and installed them they have about as much play as the oem levers and feel good. Going to try to make a ride Sunday with them. Did order me a new clutch cable, the one on it looks in rough shape....adjuster is all eaten up from vise grips..

Just got mine, installed them on the bike and immediately went for a rip. was a blast and the new shorty's feel great. Thnks for letting me know about these.

Thanks CountryRyda for your input on these levers and video. I ordered my levers a week and a half ago after running across your thread, after looking for some cheaper levers for awhile, and they came in the mail today. I'm going to install this evening. Want to go give them a rip but it's only 38 degrees here, may have to wait until this weekend when it supposed to warm up! Thanks man. Oh what type of grease did you use? I'm thinking my lithium grease should suffice.
