Default Installing Frame Sliders (Without the Laser & Video tutorial)

I know about the laser method but figured I see if I can do it a lazy mans way since I'm not worried about my bodywork being it will need to be repainted, repaired and some replaced anyways.

So I tried a different technique which requires no bike stand(Though I used a rear) or lasers.

My first attempt didn't go well at all thanks to a weak 9.6v Black and Decker drill. I came back with a 14.4v Impact(that use to be mine until my buddy stole it, destroyed it and bought it from me) which worked great. But I do have the video where I messed up. I'll load it up to youtube later. It's pretty funny watching me screw up. Anyways...

I made a video hoping to show how to do it properly or better. Still not as good as Laser I'm sure but for those who want an easier way out. Now my bike is a 1996 CBR600 F3 but figured it could help others.

Really the technique is nothing more than guessing where the bolt is.Using a small drill bit until you see the bit hit the motor bolt. Then hitting it with a circular drill bit.

I used regular old Play-Doh....got 3 cans at Target for 99 cents, and went to town. That worked perfect for me.
