sorry mikey i dont really have an answer to ur question, i just wanted to ask u how u pulled the carbs out... i have the same bike and i am having trouble figuring it out. Im obviously not very experienced but for what its worth it sounds like u got the carbs part delt with, maybe check ur circuit once u put it back together.

when you say, getting spark, do you mean the engine is turning over? When you took the carbs off, did you smell gas or not? Have you tried to open the choke and start the bike? A big factor is how cold it is outside and the carbs would need to be warmed up a bit to operate smoothly. I know my F2 won't start up on a dime when its like 50 or below outside. I usually have to have the choke open and hold the starter down for about 10 seconds.
Another idea is to check the solenoid on the bottom of the gas tank to see if that's providing gas or not. Pick up a shop manual for the F2 and follow the directions in there. Read up on the fuel sections. You can get the shop manual online, just use the search feature.

getting spark at the plugs dont know if i am getting gas to carbs . i do know i am getting it pass the petcock.did dump little gas down carbs and did backfire and smoke.two of the carbs seem like they are pushing air out the top rather than sucking it in which does not seem right help thanks
