Will my rims fit those tires?

I would not suggest using them. the 120 60 would probably be ok on the wheel. Its what yamaha used on their R6's for quite some time and is a lower profile, but same width, so it would safely fit the rim, but the profile is much lower. The rear is quite a bit narrower and may not seat well on the rim. It is close to the same diameter, but is much narrower and may not seat well on the rim. Not a situation you want. Your rear rim is probably half an inch too wide for that tire.
If you could get them to work, it would upset the ballance of the bike quite a bit. If the bike is only used for commuting and never riden hard through corners, you may never notice anything. But you have to remember that motorcycle tires are designed for each bike and the bikes geometry is set accordingly. Any changes, especially dramatic ones like you would be making, would upset the bikes handling.
Again, I would strongly suggest not using them. I would run cheap correct size tires before I ran good name brand tires that were the wrong size.

for cost. money is tight lol. Was actually wanting to go 10 smaller in the heighth would take a lil bit out of the ride height cause i am short, only about 5'6'' the quarter inch ride hieght may make a difference. what i dont like is the width of the rear new one being smaller in width than the stock rim size, kinda throws it off
