Where are the fuses kept?

Sorry for bein a total dumbass but where is the main area for the fuses for the rear turn signals and horn? The turn signals and horn have stopped working and i had a look yesterday under the riders seat all i could find was the rectifier and spare fuse which is sat to the right of the battery.
