What sort of fuel to run?
check it... higher compression and stored heat + high air temp increase possibility of pre ignition knock/pinging when fuel spontanuously combust prior to spark ignition. increasing emissions and possibly causing damage. not sure if your bike has a knock sensor(which adjusts spark timing to prevent knock) that would retard your timing and slow down your bike in this case. if you are getting a knock use a higher octane of 4 to 5 pts above manufacturers recommendation also as your bikes aging higher octane fuel is needed to clean combustion chamber deposits....
to woody racing... if your having a problem with your hoses try polyethelene tubing its used against sodium hypochloride and hydrochloric acid so it may hold up better against gas ..measure o.d. then leave it in a bucket of your fuel check in 3 days .. p.m. me if you try this im curious as to the outcome. i usually run out my race fuelas im a daily driver
