No ... This time is was pulling out of the parking garage at the campus and is shut off, but the wheel didnt lock up. So, I pulled over to the side of the road and started it up, but still had to give it gas. Then it happened goingd down the road. So I did the same thing. I am pretty pissed, but I dont know what else to do. I dont know why it wont start without giving it gas!! But it start fine in the mornings and when I am first starting it up after it has sat, so I dont know!!! DAMNUGET!!!

I'm thinkin fuel pump because sometimes they will work fine when cold but after running awhile they heat up and die until they cool down again. I'm guessing you were ok for a day or so because you filled the tank, am I right? When the tank is full the pump is completely submerged and the fuel keeps it cool longer. Eventually (probably soon) the fuel pump will completely die and you'll be stranded. Obviously take it to a shop and have it properly diagnosed but if it is the pump you should also change the fuel filter while you're there (both are in the tank).

It is definetly not the kickstand switch because giving it gas would have no affect and it wouldn't even crank.

Let us know what happens.

With what I'm suggesting above when you say "shut off" I'm assuming you mean stopped running, not lost all electrical power as well as if you turned off the key.

Well, the gauges go dim and everything. The only thing that comes on and stays on is the warning light in the middle og the tach

**** I don't know, too many conflicting symptoms. Just bite the bullit and take it to a shop asap before it dies while you're on the road and you end up getting hurt.
