Yeah he got it fixed in that case it was his fuel pressure reg. Fuel was leaking down into his cylinders causing the engine to hydro lock and crankcase to fill with fuel.

I'd stop ridin yours if I was you until you get it checked, don't want to be doin 50mph+ and have the bike stall and/or rear wheel lock that could get ugly quick.

Well, so far everything is going normal (not to say nothing is wrong) but it startes up fine, runs fine otherwise. Is there anyway the the idle and maybe starving for gas could have caused if. Or my nephew cranking the throttle while it was parked?

 

this shouldn't matter with the FI pump not on.

Could your timing or ignition be out of whack? Maybe that could have caused the motor to hiccup.

Let us know if you ever figure it out.

 

I don't know about the rest of your issues... but idling below 700 rpms is definitely a problem. Owner's manual (on my bike) says to keep it between 1,100 and 1,500 I believe. So I try to have it set right in the middle at 1,300. In addition to having the Honda shop take a look at your bike, make sure your idle-rpm's are up around 1.3k or so.

 

Yeah,there re now. I adjusted the idle by the control on the left side and it is fine now. Hopefully it was a one time thing. (Knock on wood)!!!!
