What is the difference between two front brake pads?

between 3rd (06455-MBW-006) and 16th (06455-MBW-E12) position?

left and right side in that diagram. In reality they will work on either side.

hm... but they have a different construction and there are two 3rd position on diagram. i think they are different, but not for left and right side. there is something else... maybe for different countries used different type. strangely...
