i just bought a 2000 cbr 929rr with 2449 miles on it i went to the store and bought a five quart container of 10-40 valvoline none synthetic,on the container it has an api sticker on it with no energy conserving writing on the api sticker below the letters api,i have read several times people have said do not use the energy conserving oil,is this oil good for my bike,if not i am going to use honda gn4 10-40,the container of valvoline also says it is sm/sl meets or exceeds ilsac gf-4 requirements,what does this mean,no good for my bike or good
