Default Using only 1 rotor on a dual rotor bike

Can cbr1krr be ridden/used with only 1 front caliper riding at a time while other is being purchased, shipped, replaced?
i got duped and ordered a "front wheel set" not realizing it was a "set" for 1 caliper n rotor, not set for both as in not set for "front wheel".

As long as you don't have high-speeds or maximum-braking needed. I've seen many people do this on race-bikes to save lots of weight. But when your bike's 100-lbs lighter, it doesn't need as much braking power. Don't push it until you get both brakes installed.
