Default Triple tree stand pushing on upper cowl fairing

I have a 2003 cbr600 f4i and bought a triple tree stand and rear swingarm stand for the rear.

I removed the horn and picked the pin that fit the triple tree hole. However, when I lift the front, the stand pushes very hard against the upper cowl fairing to the point there was a loud snap. Luckily nothing broke but it is obviously not fitting right.

Does anyone have ideas how to fix this?

You could try some spacers/washers on the pin to build up a little extra clearance !

What brand did you get ?

Welcome to the Forum BTW

Also if it's only a problem while setting the head stand - maybe put the front wheel up
on a small block of wood first to get clearance

The brand is bvp(is that right?). I can't even find a chart to see what the right pin is. I called one shop and they said I need the other pin kit with a 24 mm pin.

Would this solve it?
