Hey my rims are black and have chips and a few scratchy here and there. Can you touch them up with some thing.
I really can't afford to get them powder coated at the moment.

Matt, you can touch them up w/a number of things. Matching prob won't be spot-on tho. However, from a distance, you won't notice as much as chips. You can apply paint w/a small brush to the chipped area. Also, Birchwood-Casey touch up pens are good as well...Birchwood Casey. Or go simple w/a black permanent Sharpie.
