You could try taking off the exhaust, and coating the underside of the tail with a couple layers of heat tape. That would help.
I know also that the stock exhausts seem to run hotter than the aftermarket pipes. Not sure if it's true, but it feels like it is.

You can give carbon skinned cansa long lingering kiss after an hour of WFO running. Titanium? It's going to be a quick and painful peck.The skin material is the only part of a cf muffler that isn't metal.Dont be getting intimate with any other part of it.
If your only trying to keep the wifey cool and prefer the bike remain in stealth mode, do as BlueFox suggests. Any aftermarket can is going to add a few db's.
