If you're running something other than Stock, you're far better off to contact the manufacture of the tire for their proper specification pressure than to get "suggestions" from us.
for instance, I contacted Pirelli about their tire specification PSI for the Diablo Corsa III and to my surprise they want (not recommend WANT) the tires to be at 34 - 34.5 PSI front and back when you stop the bike. that is MUCH different that what Honda recommends for tire pressure on the stock tires. i suspect other manufactures will be similar.

How could Pirelli do this (assuming it's different from motorcycle mfctr spec's), unless they have a tire ONLY and SPECIFICALLY MADE FOR an individual cycle?

Ok, so its like 20 years ago, but I used to run Pirelli tyres (Phantoms) on my Kwaka Z650, the tyre pressure for the rear on my bike was fer instance (like I said over 20 years ago) 36 psi, Pirelli actually recommended 42- 45 psi for optimum performance (heat & adhesion & profile) but it was only a recommendation.
Maybe it was B*** S*** , but I ran em at 42 with no problems.

Its not quite as drastic as a car (vehicle weight, etc)but its the same principal, and for cars you always want to run what the vehicle needs not the tire manufacturer, hence every vehicle made has a sticker for psi front and rear on the door jamb.
