The tires make a huge diffrence... I have pilot powers and had whatever came on the 04 F4i I rode the bike to get them swapped the ride there was garbage compared to the ride back... Id never go back to any cheap tires again... Tires and suspension make all the diffrence...

 

i had to buy a new tire and i went with michelin pilot powers. i posted a similiar post on 600rr forum.they were the most recommended for ride and long treadlife . i just order in 2 days ago for 124 shipped. here the web site http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...647&division=6 it was the cheapest i found if this helps

 

Did you pay 124 for 2 tires or just one? i found some pilot sports on ebay and i am the winning bidder right now for 128 do you think that is a good deal and are the pilot sports as good as the pilot powers or should i just let the next bidder take 'em? here is the link......

yeah so i looked at those ones on ebay..and if u scroll down the page to see what else he is selling. u can kinda see that hes saying these tires are great shape and ****. but they look like crap. so i dunno about this guy..i'd do some more shopping be for i settle. just my .02

 

I won the tires for 150 i figured that was a good deal. The seller has 100% feedback so i felt like he is an honost guy. Good decision or bad decision??? Does anyone know the difference , if any, between pilot powers and pilot sports????

 

I currently have a set of Dunlop D208's that will need replaced by the end of summer (3rd set of D208's on my bikes). I love them, but would like to know how they stack up against the Pilot Powers/Race or the Qualifiers?

 

I run Dunlop 208's on the track. Great traction.

Good deals on the Michelin tires. I run the Pilot Powers. However the Pilot Sports or Pilot Roads may be your best bet if you're not as aggressive of a rider.
