Tire Warm up....?
I find myself wonering how long it takes for my tires to warm up in order to corner at a moderate speed safely. I have an 07 600RR with the stock Michelin's, every now and again I feel the *** end get a little loose and slide a little bit to the outside, but I know it's coming so I'm ready for it. But if I'm taking an aggresive corner, all the while staying within my own riding limits, that's not really the time to be thinking about if my tires were warm enough to grip the pavement in order to keep the shiny side up. Thanks.
depends on tire and conditions...what michelin you sporting? how is the weather, etc...
during fall/winter, it's not uncommon for tires to quickly lose heat to the cold asphalt...so essentially, your tires don't warm up very well at all.

I stand corrected, they're Dunlop Qualifiers. And lately it's been kind of cool, around 60's, but yesterday, it started snowing, but it warmed up again and that's for forecast for a little while, 40's to 60's. I hate Texas.....
