Which tire do you like.

The Michelin Power Pure tires are 2CT just like the pilot powers.

The softer compound on the Pures is in a greater area than the powers. I have about 6K on my Power Pures with plenty of life left and they stick great. I will definitely be getting more.
This chart shows some of the differences of the Michelin tires.

But I was talking to my buddy and he runs the Pirelli's so I'm trying to talk him into the Pure's. I'm sure that the Pirelli's are great tires in their own world, but with Michelin's Pilot tires on the scene I just dont think that they are as good. IMO. I currently have around 2500 miles on my front tire and it still has alot of life left in it, so I'm definetly in love with it.

My bike came with Pirelli Diablo Rosso tires. Dealer manager said he put about a couple hundred miles on the bike and I have put a couple thousand plus two track days at Carolina Motorsports Park. Still have plenty of tread left. This is the first set of Pirelli's that I had that I was comfortable with. I usually run Dunlop Sportmax or Roadsmart tires which grip well in the dry or wet (always extra careful in the wet tho), though I am not sure how many miles I got from them.
