Default Throttle Response

I have a 06 CBR 1000RR and it’s beenin storage for the past 11 months. The bike has less than 3000 miles and has been very well maintained.Initially the bikewould not start; engine just turned over. Once the bike started Irode it to the dealership for services. While riding the bike continued to run, but when I got to a certain rpm there was nothrottle response. I changed gears, rolled the throttle and nothing. Has anyone had any similar issues after taking a bike out of storage?

Drain old gas. Put in some fresh gas, add some injector cleaner, ride the **** out of it. Report back in 40 miles.
And who takes a bike OUT of storage in December??? lol

Fault found. Prior to deploying the fuel tank was replaced (recall). A hose was not connected correctly during install.Once installed correctly the bike runs great.I used a fuel stabilizer during storage and it worked.
