Hey All,

So, I'm rolling around town today and kicked it up into 5th gear and heard a loud rattling noise and the bike wouldn't go!?!?!? I seriously thought my chain broke or something...... I pulled over and checked everything out and everything seemed to be fine. I kicked it into gear and everything went back to normal......for a little bit. Happened to me again later going into 3rd......I kicked it up into forth and it picked up??????? I also noticed on the way home that in 5th and 6th gear there is considerable vibrations and noise (under load) I have a 1993 CBR 600 F2. If anyone has any ideas....please let me know. i was thinking maybe CCT??? But not sure. I am open to checkin out any and all ideas. Just got some Carbon Fiber gear dropped at the house today and am so disappointed.....i don't even feel like puttin the stuff on....

Could be the gears not engaging fully. Cause could be wear and tear of the teeth.

 

Yeah man check the teef on your sprockets.

 

check youre front sprocket. How much play is in it if you try to wiggle it around? might need to be torqued down back to spec.
