Default Tank Protector

How in the heck do you keep the protector from lifting? I put a new LP on and wiped down the area on the tankwith alcohol, before applying it, but the darn thing is lifted up everytime I go out to uncover the bike.

Well, how and with whatdo you clean the area and apply it so that the next new one doesn't do exactly as this new one does? It was trying to lift at the corners within 5 min. of putting it on 2 weeks ago.
