Default Swingarm bearings replacement

I’ve removed the bearings to have the swingarm powdercoated. How best is it to fit the needle roller bearing I was going to warm up the swing arm end in the oven so allow expansion.

how have others fitted them. I know they are easy to deform.

I used a threaded rod with some repair washers

+1 on the threaded rod - just suck them in. Put them in the freezer overnight if you want. You could use a heat gun on swingarm if you like but I would not bother.
