Default Surface Rust

I have a little surface rust on my chain I just got it about 3 months ago I have been using chain lube on it. You can wipe it away but I was just wondering if I should get a new one?

Not unless the chain is passed its prime, I clean mine with kerosene, wipe it off & then lube it, surface rust on the chain is easily gotten rid of. If its an 'O' ring then it has sealed lube in it anyway. Shame on you for being slack.

It is a O ring chain and I have only had it for a couple of months. Should I clean it every time I lube the chain? I'm new at this, this is my 1st bike
