Default Which Stud Extractor?

Ok Im going to buy another tomorrow. I have the following choice: (both are the same price)

Or this set:


I have a drill in type set on the way but I have decided to try one of these first, just need an experienced recomendatin on which one as I've never used one before.

The top one doesn't look like it'll turn sh*t on a stick. I'd personally get the Craftsman set. Thats after I try a pair of vice grips. A cheap little propane torch might help too, especially on an exhaust bolt. Learned that the hard way on my truck. Dam thing wouldn't budge with a 625 ft.lb. impact gun, till I heated it up.
