hey all - new to the site - just bought a 02 954 rr, first thing i want to do is add a steering damper. Would like to know what is the best?

 

Depends on your goals and your wallet. GPR, scotts, ohlins..... also depends on what style you want. Rotary or cylinder.

Several of my friends run the GPR on thier R1's and have no complaints.

 

thanks - its been a awhile since on a sportbike so...goals are to just help steady the ride, wallet - my research has come up with spending about 500 -just trying to get the feel for wich way to go - will go check out GPR

 

check out scotts as well. I love mine as to compared to my old shindy.

 

I've had my GPR V4 on my F4i for a year and roughly 6k miles. No leaks and no issues.

 

I've heard the GPR is the top of the line. Saving up for one on my 636..
