Has the battery been tested? Try to jump it and see if thats your problem. I doubt you would have spark issues if the bike was running a month ago but it is a possibility. I assume the fuses have been checked with no issues?

batt checked out ok and all the fuses are good.does the bank angel sensor cut off fuel compleatley or does it just shut down the injectors...or fuel and spark like a camshaft position sensor? im still looking into it

BAS will cut off the fuel pump and spark. If the bike was just sitting that shouldn't be your problem. Could be a weak spark so the relay may be at fault or you could have a simple issue like the kickstand switch is loose.

There are diodes in the ignition that are sometimes at fault.

Remove the battery, hit it with a 2 amp charge for no less than 8 hours (10-12 hrs, ideally) and give that a try.

I know you said you charged it, but I'm going to say it was a 10 amp/ 30 minute jobbie and that's not going to do it for the battery.

Take 2 amps for 8-12 hours and call me in the morning.

First I'd make sure the fuel pump is working correctly. Open the gas cap, keep ear to the tank and flip the kill switch to run. You should clearly hear the pump prime the rail. Sound good? Move to spark test to make sure thats not the problem.

Bummin'

Did mice eat any wires or perhaps get in anywhere? Is your storage 100% mouse-proof?

A month is plenty of time for them to do damage.

Take a plug out and hook it up to the wire hold it close to the motor or bare metal and see if your getting any spark. Does the engine smell flooded? Try a shot of ether or starting spray from auto zone with the air filter off and see what you get. Just put it down the velocity sacs with the trottle open then give it a crank.
