ok, so after all my problems with my carbs, i think there is another one now. i have been trying to get my bike started and now with a charged battery, the starter seems to not be clicking anymore. when i push the start button the only sound i can hear is the fuel pump faintly popping(on release of start button). does this mean the starter has gone bad? god i hope not.

 

i don't know if i was in the same situation as you but my bike ('01 cbr) would not start after the winter until i roll started it down a hile and popped it into 2nd gear. i don't know if you've tried this or if it would work for certain but it should get it started. has it been a while since you've run it?

 

definately try push starting it (use second gear) this will start to narrow down your starting options
