Default Speedometer Problem

I just bought and 04 CBR1000RR and noticed the speedometer seems to be reading slower than I am actually going. I am on the highway speed limit is 65 when I am moving at the same speed as other cars my speedometer reads 50 and I know all the other cars are not going that slow. Any suggestions??

Did the previous owner change the sprockets? You'll probably need a speedohealer.
