Hey i was just wondering when you all set up your speedo healer did u set it for the speedometer, odometer, or the best comprimise. Just kinda curious. thanks

Speedometer for me.

 

Odo for me, only cos i thought it best to keep that more accurate than the speedo slight offness.

 

Odo for me as I can use the GPS for more 'acurate speed' if need be. Its not out by much though about the same % as when stock

 

If your speedometer is correct your odometer would be logging distance properly also. A Speedohealer corrects both problems if you set it up correctly. However, IF you were to set it to.....let's say show exactly double the speed that you are actually going the odometer would only show 1 mile for every 2 miles you went. Technically, it is possible to correct an incorrect odometer with enough time and riding.

 

My SpeedoHealer clearly shows when doing the calculations that you can set it up for best speedo, best odo or best compromise. I have looked at all three calculations and each value differs. I disagree that if setup for best speedo that the odo is also accurate. We are talking less than 5% but still you're not gonna get both 100%
