speed gauge
Ok this is kicking my a$$. Every time i turn my key to the on position my gauge fuse blows. Stock it comes with a 15amp fuse. I have even tried a 30amp fuse to see if that helps and it still blows. Has anyone else had this problem or know where i can start looking to trouble shoot it?
This is going to sound obvious...
Something is shorting in that circuit. Get a wiring diagram and see what is connected to that circuit, then unplug them all. Install a fresh fuse and start connecting components one at a time until the fuse pops. That will tell you which component is the culprit. If the fuse still pops with nothing connected, then the short is in the harness.
Good luck.

Great advice.
In addition to that, you may want to share some of your bike's history. Such as any accidents, recent modifications, did the bike just start blowing fuses one day or did you aquire the bike that way...
any information will help people help you find the cause.

Definitely stop raising the fuse size, There is a obvious problem and the only thing raising the fuse size will do is cause more damage to other parts of the circuit.
All of the above, is the straight skinny. Double that, on the exceeding the fuse rating.
That's a good way to replacing a lot of expensive parts.
Look the harness over, watching for burnt/melted spots. Be especially on the look-out
for any added/modded parts/patches to the original harness. Examine all of the potential
pinch-points around the steering head for pinched/frayed wiring, that might be causing
your problem.
